Kids House Early Learning Lynbrook

As a mother of a complex needs child, finding a daycare has been a nightmare. However, my experience with kids house early learning Lynbrook has been nothing short of exceptional. Margaret, Kat and Jaz have gone above and beyond with accommodating every need and want for my son. Not one ask was too big, it was always met with a 'can do' attitude.I'm forever grateful to have found this place. Many thanks.

From the moment we had orientation here for our 10mo, I knew straight away we had made the right decision. The educators were so attentive to each of our needs and questions. Now at 22 months, our son has developed & thrived so much since he has started here & continues to do so. His bond with the educators is so wonderful to see & so reassuring that he is in the best care. We absolutely cannot speak highly enough of the center and the amazing educators!

To all new parents considering this centre *Please stay away*** As most of their google reviews are by their staff members only. They are extremely unprofessional. Staff is inconsistent. I have waited for 6 long months and finally gave up. so disappointed in you guys coz today1)my son came home with a soaked nappy that I put him this morning. Sorry Wassima(Educator) but no amount of apologies can justify the fact that one can miss changing a child's nappy for 8 hrs in a row.2) I have had mould in milk bottles lids3) missing offering milk to my son few times( excuse you were out of milk)4) getting hurt on his head with a cut (bleeding) but no incident report ever made and today was just too much. So glad I won't be sending him to your centre from tomorrow. This experience is going to cost a really bad review on every possible social platform of yours!!

There will never be enough words to express my continued thanks and gratitude to the team at Lynbrook for looking after my daughter. Since 10 months of age to now, she has grown so much in your care, established such amazing friendships with friends and your staff are pretty much like family to us. I have never had one doubt in my mind about my daughter being in your care because every time I collect her, even if she has had a tough day, she is always happy and well looked after. Your dedication to learning and early education is phenomenal and she continues to thrive in your care. Thank you for always looking after my girl. I can go to work knowing she is in excellent and caring hands.

I cannot fault Kids house in any way!! Swapping my kids to this centre was the best decision I made for my children. Every single teacher has such a passion for their job and it really shows. I wish I could name everyone but Wassima, Lupesina, Dinali, Cassie and Navdeep have been incredible teachers to our children, I have no fears about sending my son to 4 year old kinder next year because the teacher Kat is amazing.Both of the managers Margaret and Brooke take their job seriously, always have a smile on their face they truly make it feels like one big family.I only have positive things to say about the daycare itself and the people who make it a special/safe place.

Kids House Early Learning is amazing !! As an assistant educator just starting my traineeship,I was nervous, but I was greeted with such warmth and support. The staff and colleagues have been so encouraging and flexible with timings too. I’m so comfortable here. I couldn’t have asked for a better workplace to achieve career goals.As for the children, I have seen it myself. The utmost care every child is given. The staff is always looking for ways to inculcate innovative activities and making everyday learning fun for kids.Kids are so comfortable and happy here,which is why I’m looking forward to put my 3year old here soon !

We are beyond happy with the care and service at story house early learning Lynbrook! Our daughter has had nothing but a positive experience while being here, the management and staff work so hard with the families to provide the best care possible and that’s shown through how happy our daughter is to come there! She’s learnt and grown so much while being there and it’s all thanks to the beautiful dedicated educators who work there, they are always putting the child’s needs first, as a former educator myself I wanted my daughter to attend somewhere she felt comfortable,safe,confident and heard and that’s exactly what they provide! We absolutely love sending our daughter here and can’t wait for our son to start too! The management team go above and beyond to make sure the families are happy and the children are given the best opportunities! So thank you so much guys!!

I highly recommend this childcare center. Our daughter enjoys going each week and has developed so much since attending. The staff are genuine, friendly and most of all care for our daughter like she is their own. The rooms are clean and well presented with the children’s art work displayed. I love their outdoor area with lots of space and outdoor items. Book a tour, you won’t regret it.
