Absolute Party Hire

Poor serviceHired a 10L hot water urn advertised on their website. When my husband went to pick it up - was told only 25L was available. Mia offered to refund the money for the urn. The owner rang and said no bring back the hot water urn if you want a refund. This is after my husband had driven there and picked it up. Very poor customer service. Won't be using them again.

I had a great experience with Absolute Party Hire. The booking experience was smooth and the pick up and drop off was timely. Despite difficult access the guys were just lovely.I’d highly recommend them!

Everything was perfect. The marquee was clean, new and was put up efficiently. Absolute Party Hire was very easy to deal with and very helpful with advice.

Tried to hire a marquee online. It said the date was available. Got a confirmation email saying order details. Very vague information. Rang the next day to confirm delivery fee and was told someone would call me back. No call back. Rang again the following day and told person I need to speak to will be out all day!! When I asked if someone could tell me the delivery fee, I was put on hold then told it is no longer available!!! Poor communication and service...In response to your reply...Why give a quote at all if you are not available on that date? As I said very vague information, and no follow up service....

Fantastic service, friendly team members, excellent prices!Would like to commend Bruce and Nadine on their exceptional professional service. I was left in a bad situation from another company who brought the most horrible marquee to my house that I had to get rid of only 2 days before my party. I was lucky and fortunate enough to have come across Absolute party hire who last minute, only a day before my party, were able to organise, deliver and install a marquee that was in great condition. Bruce was extremely helpful and the team members who came to my house to install were also very friendly and did a fantastic job.I would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Party Hire and I thank them for their commitment in ensuring I received the best possible service.

Well priced, fantastic service and friendly! What every bride wants!Bruce is AMAZING! We worked with Bruce to create the wedding we had envisaged, starting with a blank canvas of a boat shed with a very nondescript out door area. He was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to understand what we were trying to achieve. Together we were able to transform the area into a beautiful harbour garden which had intimacy and was practical for guests.Bruce happily came to visit the venue to ensure he understood the parameters, provided valuable advice and went out of his way to secure items which he didn't have to allow us to narrow the number of suppliers we needed to deal with. He also personally helped set up the venue to ensure everything was perfect.I could't recommend Bruce & Absolute Party Hire more highly!

Doesn't return phone calls or enquiry emails. I have tried to book products and they say they are too busy to attend to my request. Do not recommend!
