Mason James Hair

I visited Mason James salon this afternoon to get my hair cut and had a great experience. Jeanette and Hannah were very friendly and welcoming. Hannah was my hairdresser, she did a fantastic job cutting my long hair into a short hairstyle which I love. I left the salon very happy and will definitely be back!

My first experience at the Mason James Salon was amazing! I had a consultation with Jeanette and Hannah where we came up with a plan to fix my poor colour job (from a previous salon). They were both professional and friendly while being honest about what was achievable with my hair.A massive thank you to Hannah who did a wonderful job with my colour, cut and style! I’m thrilled with the way it turned out and it was exactly what I wanted.I highly recommend this salon! All the staff are lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional. I had a great experience at Mason James hair salon! Earlier in the week I visited the salon as I had previously had a consultation with Hannah about my hair. We were doing a whole refurbish of my hair as I had a botched job a couple months ago. Hannah completely transformed my hair into everything I could've wanted and more, I wanted to go back to a more natural look as I was a bit traumatised from my previous experience with a stylist at another salon, but still wanting to keep some form of highlight or definition in my hair, which she completely hit the nail on the head!!! In the salon was also Mason and Sarah who were super duper lovely and helpful throughout my treatment! Hannah and Mason were both extremely knowledgeable and cared about the process and end result of my hair and cared about my hair health. Thank you Hannah and the team so much for helping me achieve new and improved hair, I haven't been this happy with my hair for quite a while!

I have been going to Jeanette for as long as I can remember and have never trusted anyone else with my hair! She is the best in the business - from haircut, to styling, to colour, I’ve had it all with Jeanette and have always left feeling FABULOUS! Cannot recommend enough!

We had an amazing experience at Mason James' with Hannah! She gave my daughter a beautiful haircut and also kindly recommended a stylish braided hairstyle for her upcoming camp. I cannot recommend this salon enough. I started seeing Mason before the salon opened, and I had struggled to find a salon who does my hair the way I like. As an ex-hairdresser myself, I know exactly how I like my hair done.Mason is now the only person that I trust with my hair. My haircut is perfect every single time.He also has an incredible amount of knowledge to share to ensure we are well looked after.Come in and get your hair done. The salon is modern and calm. Everyone knows the struggle of finding a good hair dresser with whom you gel with and trust to work on your hair - and with Mason I have found that! I started going to him last year and since have been for regular hair cuts, colouring and keratin treatments. The quality of products he uses as well are all organic and really good for the hair, I've noticed a remarkable difference in my hair since switching to his recommendations. Each service I leave feeling 100% happy and confident. His new salon is not only fit out beautifully, but the vibe inside is reflective of a wholesome and fun culture which he's building with his family and new team.
