Move In Removals

Customer service on the phone was a little dicey but I heard good things about these guys from a friend who moved with them. I'm glad I followed through with it- they were great, didn't damage anything and moved all our stuff in a reasonable time frame. They are much cheaper than most other removalists (while still having some insurance for damage in transit). I've moved with a few other companies of varied price range and yes there were 2 that I'd say were better but they were about 60% more expensive. If you want premium service you have to pay a premium price.

Very bad customer service. When we called to know the date and time of delivery, we received a very rude service from the staff on the other side of the phone. Delivered late in the evening by around 8pm on the 9th day. Matress was dirty and had few scratch marks on microwave and other stuffs. As they delivered late at night, missed to notice a missing stuff. Do not want to ring them back again, as I received very bad customer service from them. Emailed and tried to contact the owner, still no reply regarding the issues.When you try to book in for their service, the customer service is excellent and then when it nears delivery time, no correspondence at all. Pick up time, they brought a different work order and were confused regarding pickup. Pick up and delivery staff were excellent. Thanking them for their work.Will never recommend this service to anyone and totally disappointed with the service.

This is just the Rubish NEVER recommend to anyone. They took 8 days to deliver my items from Sydney to Brisbane with lots of damaged of my items. They charged me extra money to deliver my items faster. Beg to everyone please DO NOT use this company not helpful at all.

Day prior i was asked to move my time from 12pm to 10am. On the day removalists were over 6 hours late and would not supply some form of alternative. I was sent two small men wearing sandals.On pick up scratched the wood floor of my old apartment. Nothing was wrapped and stayed without protection in the truck.Then on delivery they took everything up to my room and left it dead in the centre for me to manoeuvre for the next two days.Multiple items came back with scratches and marks and was still charged full price.This company is cheap for a reason.

STAY AWAY! - Worst removals company I've ever dealt with.Firstly, the ad was misleading with the price being $95 per hour (SEVEN DAYS) with no other options on the ad

Extremely unprofessional and deceiving, Booked my house moving truck One week in advance and paid deposit. They were supposed to move my home Saturday morning. No one turned up. I kept calling help desk and wrote many emails, no response. at the end of day help desk received my call and I was told we are too busy to serve you today. either accept schedule for next day or take your deposit back and no further words.Never to use them even for free.

I over paid by mistake and never got my money back...even though they knew that I over paid"Do not use this service

WARNING! If you value your time and furniture DO NOT go with these guys!I moved interstate for the first time from Adelaide to Melbourne. As I went travelling for a while first all my things were stored in a storage unit 45 min drive from where I was living temporarily. My moving nightmare began when Move In Removals failed to communicate the correct time they will go pick up my things, it was 9am, changed to 12-3pm, to 3pm then 3:40pm. With most of my day wasted on this, they finally arrived with a large truck with clearance height of 3.2m where as the storage warehouse was 3.1m. After failing to park the truck closer to the storage unit, the office called again and said they have to come back the following day with a smaller truck! Having had most of my day wasted on this, the manager of the storage warehouse offered to take the keys and let them into my storage the following morning.A week later I had organised for the removalist to arrive at my Melbourne place at an earliest possible time, and they offered me between 8-11am. I had my brother in Melbourne for the day to help out but by 12pm still no phone calls or removalist. I had to call the office again and was then told they were running 'a little' behind and will be at mine between 4-6pm! Again with ANOTHER day wasted, I was quite annoyed seeing as I only had help for that day, so they put me on a priority list and the removalist finally came at 2pm.When my furniture started arriving, we started realising a few problems. I knew and understand some scratches sometimes occur and knew some of my furniture had existing damages however, a part of my couch arrived with a foot missing, and another one with its foot broken, my heater was completely smashed and broken, and finally the legs to my dining table were missing! At one point the removalist brought in a large cushion that wasn't even mine! Some of these, although not ideal were things able to be fixed or easier to be replaced. But no legs for the dining table???I called the office straight away and someone said they will get back to me by 6pm but didn't. I called the next day, and someone else then said they can't locate the legs and can't do anything about it, and that I'm lucky they didn't charge me the $200 for them bringing the wrong sized truck on the pick up day! (How am I meant to know what sized truck they will bring? I don't even know what kinds of trucks there are!). I was told they have photos of the damages already so I demanded to see them, again I had to wait till the next day for them to send me this(?). I called in two days time as no one rang me back, conveniently the guy I spoke to wasn't in office that day. So I spoke to another person, still no photos, no apologies, and I was told again they need to call me back. Again no one did. I called a day later and conveniently the last two people I spoke to were unavailable. This guy I spoke to this time out right blamed me for these problems- telling me he was looking at photos of my dining table and how scratched it was, when he finally sent me the photos they were of my bookshelves and I have my dining table top and it is not scratched. So he clearly has no idea what my concern is at this stage. He then finally sent me photos of 'proof' of existing damages, but none of them explained my damaged heater, couch footings and missing dining table legs! I was then given a number to call to upper management and when I did call it was an automated machine telling me the number is not available!I have never received such bad service like this before! I had wasted so much of my time throughout this experience. And each time I had to call them I had to get so furious again. It was definitely added stress to moving house interstate. I only heard about them when I compared removalist quotes online. With such a horrible, disgusting and disappointing experience I do not believe they should even be considered as an option for anyone!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Work order 7194. Someone had better call me back immediately. I have called everyday this week. Where is my delivery????? I have been given the runaround and told twice its been delivered and it hasnt. It bern 12 days !!!!! I am told repeatedly (thats when you pick up the phone) that someone will call me back. They dont. I will be at your Melbourne office thing Monday morning if my furniture is not deliveted today.

I do not recommend using this company. The workers are extremely unprofessional. My job was double booked - I had been told they would come between 8-9am then the next day they called and said 10-11am with midday the latest. I was assured it would be before midday as I had booked in carpet cleaning. I called at 1 to see what was going on only to be told the drivers were at caloundra and would not be at mine until 5-6pm! Absolutely ridiculous. I also got quoted 2 hours for the job and got charged for 4 and when I questioned the driver his response was did you want me to fly there". So extremely rude. I should also mention I have asked to speak to the manager twice now and have not heard a peep - its been over a week. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this joke of a company."
