I approached Primus just as I was nearing 6 years with my home loan but had been knocked back by an independent bank, but couldn't have been at a worse time, as interest rates were going up!Upon a few back and forth emails, I was given some options tailored to what I wanted, the ability to pay off more, but still able to redraw, as well as a competitive rate.They did the hard work (paperwork) side of it, even helped me get away from my bank who offered a discounted rate (which by now would be 1% above the rate we locked in)I appreciate Mel and Alicia's work on my behalf and look forward to continuing to work with them in future
