Nice little town to come to visit friendly people great little Cafe around. Some museums to visit and park bush walk great for families and tourists.

Very interesting building which is still used regularly and part of the social network in the town. Information centre is in there & they're very helpful.

Lovely little town. Went here for the York festival yesterday.The WA youth jazz orchestra was amazing!! Lovely wisteria flowers blooming everywhere. The old historic buildings are so picturesque! Rugged, historic town - i will definitely be back!!

YORK CLOSES TUESDAY. THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT. Info not always accurate. Tried a place to stay opposite. Said open but closed, didn't call me back. Got another place. Very much laissez faire place! Still York nice for a day visit.

Awesome town, treasures every where you go, go down side streets and laneways, you will be surprised. So many things to see here, locals are so friendly and helpfull. Need more places like this in Australia.

Rain couldn't stop our shine.Stunt Bikes ,Wheelie machine Quad bikes and lots of food and good music.Great job by the organisers.See you next year

Everything closed on weekdays, do not recommend for mid-week travels.There was a lady in the town-hall who stayed in her office while multiple people walked in and out; I guess weekdays are just not the same.We travelled to York on a weekday mainlyTo see the canola fields which were beautiful...However, the town during the week almost seemed post-apocalyptic...We had no idea what to do, EVERYTHING was closed; it’s a pity such a long drive turned into not much exploring.

Picturesque quirky like a town out of a wild west movie. Except it's real. Lovely and quiet during the summertime at least. Lots to see and do so plan ahead- not like us! The young guy who worked in the Information Centre in the Town Hall was super friendly and helpful. Many thanks
