Really the worst staff behavior today here at Sebastopol. I work for food deliveries and was waiting for almost 25 mins after saying my order number, they are not even listening to my words and or checking the order number at least. I don't know whether the owner is watching this or not. Please improve services otherwise you'll lose your business because of employees behavior here. Very rude behavior and worst staff skills to operate the business. Please train them properly before placing them into the job.

Oh it was very busy tonight. Only one lady working, but she did a very good job by herself. Must of been a lot of people wanting Subway tonight. I enjoyed mine immensely. Thank you.

Asked for special deal and was charged more than normal price, only added pineapple for extra 50c not right, wife asked for meal deal on one that was not on special and was told she had to pay extra for her meal if she wanted a drink with it, she asked for coke and was going to be charged $6 for 600ml, bloody rip off, she put drink back and left very upset. One star might be too much

I waited for my delivery for more than 15 min. Although, I had told them my delivery number and she said its being prepared but after 15 min when I asked again about my delivery, They said they haven’t got the delivery. What the hell. Why did you then let me wait for so long. Respect others time as well.

Yuck never again, probably the worst subway in Ballarat. Half a cookie.. toastie was raw and soggy. Sub was slapped together and cold (after being toasted) and missing items and wrong drink in my order..Take some pride in your work guys that was shocking.

Normal subway chain. Nice staff and dGood pla e to fill up with a mostly healthy lunch option. Just travelling through and was very handy
