TK Maxx Northgate

I love the size of the shop however it honesty felt like a glorified second hand shop due to the product layout and how you have to browse the clothing mixed together on racks with no idea of what’s on there. Staff don’t get me started on the staff although I had no direct contact with staff, there was a large group of staff being loud and talking about birthday parties and laughing which I felt was extremely unprofessional considering it looked like they were meant to be packing shelves. None of the products caught ether my or my 12 year old daughters eyes, which is saying something as I can’t usually leave a store without her wanting a new piece of clothing, jewellery or shoes. So disappointing. Will go again once it’s been open a little longer and hopefully it will improve.

Just because me and my friends are at the ages of 15 and 16 they followed us around the store and thought we were stealing and then continued to chase us out of the store not a good look if you ask me.

Nice to have you in Hobart. Shout out to all the team doing a great job.

Was really nice up until we saw a staff member using their spit to clean handbags. Gross.
