Very good store but on Monday I purchased a bamboo coffee cup holder put it on my kitchen bench and put a coffee cup on the top arm and the bamboo base split and fell apart ,inspected the product and noted the base and top are held together with two tiny screws under pressure. Will take the product back today and will get a different model . Recommend they send all back to the manufacture company.Usually sell very good products this is the first failure I have had. Although they are expensive I will often shop their again

Always looking for good storage solutions, I have given this store several chances - and each time been absolutely staggered by their eye-watering prices. Typically three to four times what you'd expect to pay for equivalent products from Bunnings and others. Not for smart shoppers. Tell 'em they're dreamin!

Because HSW is now a franchise I couldn't find if an item was available or not at my local store. If other stores can do this why not HSWThere's also no click or collect and delivery is $10. So a wasted trip to The Glen where the assistant told me which store had my item.
