Awful service. Horrible workmanship. unexperienced staff. Don't deal with them. I wish there was no star to give. Have a look to our house to see how they damaged the ceiling during the installation. We’ve lost $20000 to fix it.

They did an unprofessional job for one of my mates. The installer cut a batten to accommodate the ducts of the air conditioner system.The ceiling collapsed a few days after. Ascent Air didn't accept the responsibility and my friend is $20,000 out of his pocket.
