What a terrible, disapointing and an unfair experience we had. We turned to RCR Smash to help with our car repair, giving them full payment upfront as we trusted the job will be done.Unfortunately, the work was only half done. When we pointed this out to them, we were only toyed with and kept telling us that they were too busy to finish the work on our car. We've been chasing them for over a year, and nothing came of it, so we had to walk away and help others avoid this place.If you're really desperate for a repair shop, please do yourself a favor and stay away or, make sure you dont pay in full until you're happy with the work done.The 'good' reviews below were left by their family and friends, and that's where we were mislead.We are willing to go else where and pay extra next time than to have our vehile ruined and $3000 out the window.

Took my ford falcon for smash repair. I took it to other smash repairers as well in Smithfield. They were the ones for best price and professional service. Great job done by them and i highly recommend them.
