Went into the Knox store with my partner to see their specials on engagement rings as it showed up to 20% off, unfortunately the up to 20% displayed on the ring was incorrectly place and should not have shown up to 20% (Biggest joke as it was not the first day of sale). But after they agree to discount till I requested finance deal of interest free that they massively advertise on their windows and to be told there up to 20% is not offered in these deals… But why advertise it next to the up to 20% false advertisement and bad customer service as my family and I have spent close to $10k buying watches and rings ect at the store in the last year and half since it opened. Could have easily made an $8,500 deal but won’t be coming back as returning customers aren’t treated respectfully or fair.

Bought a Swiss watch with bracelet as a gift, special order, and the staff were great. Promised too just return and they would resize the bracelet on site. On returning , different staff, absolutely no idea what they were doing, would stop to serve other customers, doubted that I purchased at store despite never checking their system. Eventually stated no one their could adjust it.Staff eventually called the manager who confirmed the sale, and sent me to the jeweller a few stores away to get it adjusted at the stores expense. Easier buying online from Jomashop.

I'm in the process of maybe buying something. I'll keep you informed about the service and there ability to look after the customer and not just them selves.Update 1; Well my husband has bought and is having made a trilogy ring 2crt in TDW. Trav the manager was fantastic in looking after us so far. Works with you on design, size of the ring and stones but also pricing. Will update more when I get the ring.
