My meal arrived 20 minutes later than displayed and was stone cold and the McSpicy chicken was tooth breakingly inedible, overcooked and cold!!!! Chips also cold !!

They have youngster serving through the drive through that think it's ok to talk to someone 3 times there age like a mate, it's the same young man and he drags them down. I ain't your mate, I am a customer

Always prompt and professional service at this McDonalds. Order is alway correct, and the McCafe is probably the best one I’ve ever been to in terms of making decent coffee.

The food in this McDonalds, was revolting to say the least. The burger was cold, dry and had obviously been sitting a long time. I will NEVER go to this McDonalds again. If you want fresh food, worthy of your money, I recommend Hungry Jacks Dalby, as their food is fresh, and not old.

Another dirty macdonalds. Hard to find a clean table. Toilets putrid and barley functioning with buttons broken and floor disgusting.Not enough staff.Meals were cold. Who wants to eat cold chips?Saving grace was you had thick shakes which never happens in the city’s these days!When will the maccas franchise lift its game?

First time in 50 years i have recieved a quarter pounder that actually looks like the pictures. the staff at this maccas actually care about how they prep the orders. good job.
