The lady who did the test was lovely, but a lot of money for what it is and non-coverable. The receptionist was very cold and unfriendly.

Chantelle helped me with advice on molded ear-plugs to reduce the impact of cockpit noise. She recommended the 17dB 'musso' type. A mold/shape of the ear canal is taken, then custom ear plugs are made for your ear. Most times I don't even feel that they are in my ears! Very comfortable. I can still hear the other person speak, while at the same time reducing the background noise. These plugs also have the option of having the filter changed to either a 5/10/17 dB cut. Usually I take them out when eating, as the crunching noise of chewing food can be heard through the jaw and skull bones. Also, you do get a slight drone sound of your own voice (as you do with any ear plug), but this I found to be manageable and worth it for overall less noise exposure.Go see Chantelle!

Staff were very friendly and professional. Wax removal was quick and painless excellent service.

Made an appointment to get a wireless TV head set and felt pushed into getting hearing aids, then I made what i thought to be clear not wanting the hearing aids. I still had to then explain myself as to why I don't want them only to be told that I was being SELFISH by not getting them, as a veteran I don't have to pay I still didn't want them all I wanted was a good set of headphones.. Very pushy and left feeling uncomfortable and insulted Im far from selfish. Receptionist is lovely but would not venture back not recommend.
