This place is great! The room I stayed in was well appointed, comfortable & reasonably priced. The staff were friendly & helpful, & I love the contactless 24/7 check-in facility. My only criticism is that the complimentary bathroom products were half empty & mismatched, as if whoever set the room up put a collection of leftovers from other rooms in the bathroom, which was a bit gross to be honest

Ordered dinner 2 nights ago and I'm still waiting. (FYI I have left). We asked where my meal was 3 times and still no food. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to go upstairs to reception for all refunds. When I got to reception I was told that i had to go back to the restaurant as all refunds had to be done where the order was paid. This is not the first time I have had issues at this restaurant. Quite disappointing. Doubt whether I will return.

This is my go-to hotel for this area. I have business nearby and, without fail, I cannot help but enjoy my stay. Every room is the same and perfectly familiar.Staff are happy and helpful. Breakfast is quiet and sufficient. Location is fantastic for me with unlimited parking.Atura is one part of my business trip that is locked in and stress free. Cheers.

The room I stayed in was very clean but really noisy (sounded like there was a huge industrial machine next to our room) and I could feel the wall vibrating. It actually hurt my ears when I was in the toilet and woke me up in the early morning.This room should be cheaper than other rooms as these facts and they should have mentioned it to us when we were checking in.

Just an overnight stay and we were very happy. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and great.

My wife stayed for a business trip and as the rooms have block out curtains would sometimes sleep in. Twice I called to be put through to her room, no issue. On check our day she slept in and called front desk to be put through to her room only to be told no due to privacy. Also wouldn’t allow for food expenses to be paid on company credit card like they were the week before. Consistency would be a good staff when it comes to policies and procedures as it makes for an unpleasant experience.

Having read other reviews it seems to be a common problem with some of the rooms presenting a loud thumping noise. I barely slept , upon investigation I could see the room I stayed in on the 2nd floor was directly under the Hotel plant room. The noise was like sleeping in the plant room itself. I would suggest either not booking these room out or install some sound lagging.

Great place to stay, staff are friendly and easy to get along with. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.Great facilities, conference rooms and heaps of parking!The Micro- brewery downstairs has good meals and drinks.
