I purchased KTM 1290 Super Duke R from OTW and the experience was great from the time i made the first contact with them and all the way till i picked up my bike. All the staff i dealt, with was very helpful and especially Nathan who went out of his way to make the experience a special one.I will highly recommend this dealership!!

Bought my son his first dirt bike yesterday and Carl was extremely helpful. I had a couple of questions when I got it home and he called back right away to answer these for me. While I was at the shop all the other staff were happy to help and very friendly. It wasn't a huge sale for them but they made him feel very special and looked after him. The guys at MCA were also very helpful and spent a lot of time with him to ensure he bought the right sized gear. There's plenty of parking and the shop looks quite new and clean. Luckily they have great staff to mirror the facilities. Thanks again Carl and team.

Feeling sorry that I can’t give five stars. The staff were friendly and I admit they were great until securing the purchase. After that I had difficulty with accomodating transferring the motor bike as I couldn’t get any response to my emails or calls. Finally I personally managed to prepare the delivery of bike. I was also promised to be called week later to be checked how I do with the Honda bike. Unfortunately nobody called me from 4 weeks ago I bought it till this moment

Poor experience servicing my KTM Duke 390 - incompetent and waste of timeTLDR: I got my KTM Duke 390 serviced here on 25th July (invoice number 161103), and had to return the bike three more times to address various issues. Escaped death on road twice during this time. Saving grace is that Silvio is polite, and staff are friendly.Timeline:25th July - 20,000 km service29th July - massive engine oil leak, near death experience on road30th July - bike repaired and returned (O ring busted identified)3rd August - bike stalled on motorway, lucky escape this time. Battery lead broken identified. Gear shifter bent identified.8th August - return to store to have gear shifter replaced. Order stuffed up, but missing part harvested from new bike, for which they charged me.Contact person: SilvioInvoice number: 161103My experience started when I got my bike serviced (20,000 km) at On Two Wheels, on 25th July 2020 - work order number 161103, customer number 109466. I also got an e-safety check report on the same day to renew registration. I had used my bike for daily commute until that point with no issues. The bike I was returned was not safe to ride.After my first long ride since the service (29th Jul), I returned to the parking spot in the evening to see a pool of oil below the bike. On closer inspection, I could see oil deposits trailing the bike leading to the parking spot. Also, both sides of the rear tire were smeared with oil. Please refer to photos attached, timestamped 29 Jul 18:31 to 18:36. ride back home. On my way back, I had a near death scenario where the rear tire had a massive slide, luckily I could regain balance and continue my slow ride home. After reaching home, I parked my bike and stepped off to examine and I could already notice a pool of oil below the bike and also trailing oil deposits. Underside of the seat is covered in oil, there was even oil sprayed on to the rear seat as you would be able to see in pics.I notified the dealer by email, and they picked up the bike, fixed the issue (it was a busted O ring) and dropped the bike back home. On my next commute ride, on 3rd August - the bike stalled on motorway (speeds of 110 km/h). It was a scary experience, and the dealer checked the bike this time to find a broken battery lead. Both times they insisted that these sort of things happen" and that it was not due to their negligence or incompetence. This time

Purchased my very first bike after completing the motorcycle training course. I wanted to shop local, and I am glad I did. My very first interaction with On Two Wheels was with Adam Fidanza. Being a newbie to motorcycle riding I had several questions to ask and Adam was happy to spend the time explaining things and giving me personal experiences. I had initially gone in thinking I wanted a certain bike and after our talks I ended up purchasing a lower cc bike and couldn't be happier. After picking up my bike just on the weekend, I am more understanding and appreciate the honest guidance he gave. I will be back again for my next bike in a few years and would be really happy if Adam is still there then to share further wisdom and stories.

Most expensive bike servicing ever. Minor servicing on MT03 2019 cost me +$400. No paperwork or briefing for their work, just invoice. Guys what do u do in servicing, never paid more than $200 at any place for service. My car minor servicing won't cost me that much in showroom. Thanks for everthing. Never ever recommend ur servicing to anyone...Thanks once again

Got my Yamaha R3. Very happy with it. Adam was great to deal with. No pressure, informative and he also delivered the bike to my mate and I on the same day so we can split delivery cost. The bike itself is a joy. Enough grunt but very forgiving and fun for a learner.
