Small store with limited shelf stock and the typical pricetag. Still in the quaint timber building of yesteryear and also appears to have a mechanics garage at the side, nice reminder of the better times. When oils were oils.

I stopped in there with a blown p/steering hose in my motorhome without any other form of transport Jeff offered to deliver the hose to the hydraulic repairer and also offered to let me remove it for repair out the front as i was stranded all free of charge what a guy very helpful and friendly.

Would love to offer my gratitude to the staff member At the Repco Byron Bay store who was working on Tuesday the 7th of December at approximately 2:15 pm .We are holidaying from Sydney and I felt the need to give an honourable mention to this staff member who answered all my questions and assisted me with the purchase of tools and parts for my vehicle which had developed an issue earlier that day .5 stars for your customer service mate - much appreciated .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
