I would just like to say that the knowledge that the Image Science team share for free on their website is absolutely insane. I bought a screen calibrator from them a few years ago and they were the most helpful people I talked to.I would absoolutely recommend these guys for any imaging work, equipment purchasing, or any other digital services they offer.These guys deserve 6 stars but 5 will do I guess.

I cannot recommend Image Science highly enough. Over many years they have consistently provided wonderful service, replete with great knowledge at a competitive price. They are always willing to assist me with any queries and ensure the finished products meet my exacting standards. I've always found them extremely accommodating of my needs and generous with their time. Their product is always first class and on the very rare occasion I've encountered an issue they have been prompt to rectify it immediately. Jeremy, Katie and Cam have consistently provided me with the service I expect from professionals, they are a part of my team.

I ordered some prints for my wife and I am gladly surprised by how good the quality is and the colour is so vivid and lively, my wife loves it!Also I ordered the paper sample pack which is nicely prepared with so many different kind of paper, it really gave me a great idea of what kind of paper I'd like to use next time, super helpful!Thanks Cameron and Jeremy for the timely response and guidance, such a lovely business to work with!5 stars and highly recommend.

Blake and the team at Image Science are lovely people who take great pride in their work and have excellent attention to detail. They printed some digital photos for me. I paid a fee for some slight adjustment of the colours/photoshopping- glad I did, as the end result is excellent and true to real life. When an issue arose owing to the thickness of the printing paper and compatibility with my photo frame, Blake was quick to offer a practical solution. This business is a fantastic local asset. Will use again

I've been a customer of Image Science for many years and have found their support and business ethics to be outstanding in every way. The products I've purchased from them include large format printers, monitors, fine art papers and ink cartridges. I wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else for these items.The knowledge base on their website is invaluable with lots of useful advice and tips that you wouldn't find in any manual. And if you need more help, it's always readily available regardless of when you purchased the product in question.The owner of the business stands by all the products he sells and in my case has sometimes gone to extraordinary lengths to assist me in resolving problems, even though none of them have been a failure on the part of Image Science.So refreshing nowadays to deal with a business that still offers genuine after sales service.

Easily the BEST customer service I have received in many years if not ever. Image Science are knowledgeable, honest, reliable(best price around) and willing to share their knowledge. I recently bought an i1Display Pro and it arrived(interstate) the next day. They explained the benefits of this particular device and comparisons to other similar devices completely unbiased. They offered advice after sale without even prompting. You just dont see this kind of service now days.

This company is amazing. I work for a company that provides software to the Disability sector, and each year we run a competition for participants to enter their artwork and we select one piece that goes out on our Christmas cards. Last Christmas, the winning piece was larger than Officeworks would take; and I tried so many places. Image Science were also totally booked up; but when I explained my dilemma, the team were just so fantastic that they squeezed us in and helped us out.We are forever grateful to them, and will recommend to anyone, as their customer service was outstanding. The artwork was scanned professionally, and the team at the office were so lovely and kind. Laura is amazing, and Dan really came through for us. Their customer service is a rare find. They truly look after their customers.---Edit - Cam! So sorry! I meant to type Cam. :)
