Such an efficient and helpful company. Placed an order for pickup however my plans changed and I needed it shipped instead. I sent an email to support and Astrid was so quick and efficient and literally had it posted that day. My package arrived in a couple of days. Thanks for being so quick and helpful! Will 100% be getting all my mailing supplies from these guys in the future. Also such a cost efficient mailer, I love it.

Can't recommend HeapsGood Packaging enough. We are a small business, trying to reduce our carbon footprint, so we bought the thermal printer (i.e. no ink cartridges needed) and the compostable labels. We are so happy with the product but more importantly with the tech support. Being non-techy, we needed support to setup the printer and they could not have been more helpful. The follow up service even months later has been outstanding!

Excellent printer! Saving us time and money already in the first week. We are even using the barcode printer to print labels for our stock in our shop. This can print out the shopify labels for our online orders as well. Very handy and excellent service. Product arrived quickly and great customer service
