Her thorough analysis and understanding of my body needs, personalised treatment plans and full health understanding makes it an enjoyment every time. Claire is an excellent masseuse. She listened and took note of my state of health, then proceeded to give me the deep remedial massage that was exactly what I needed. I’ve just been for my second massage and have booked in for another. Definitely worth repeat visits to combat the regular stressors of our lives.

I’ve been meaning to write this so long ago but part of me wants to keep it a secret, although, way to good for not sharing.I just want to start by saying I’m extremely grateful for this woman. Clare is the only one who truly has been making a massive difference for me. Both me and my partner have been coming for quite some time now and I won’t go anywhere else. I try to make my appointment almost weekly if I can.Clare is so unbelievably in tune with the body and the way she works is always very professional. She takes the time to understand and work on the effected areas like no others. I also struggle with relaxing and I swear, despite a proper remedial massage, I always manage to completely relax with Clare. She’s strong and fluid in a way that just works magic for me. I've seen a variety of physios, osteos and remidial speciliasts over the years, particularly for my back and hip pain, but have never been able to get any real results, and definitely nothing lasting. After the first session with Clare I had so much improvement with my pain levels and mobility. Everytime I visit her I feel so much better. I thought the pain was something I might have to deal for the rest of my life, but for the first time in years I feel like these trouble areas are finally healing and will heal with Clare's help.

Claire was amazing! Got in all the good spots, some I didn't know were sore or even could be massaged. She checked the pressure wasn't too hard / soft for me, checked I didn't mind what music was played and that I was warm and comfortable the whole time. She even went a bit over time, no complaints here. A nice neutral smelling not oily cream was used. Professional, informative and helpful. I half hope the pain persists so I can see her frequently.

I have been seeing Clare at Fort Remedial Massage for some time now (so has my husband). We are both cyclists. I have had many massages over the years. Clare is by far the best. She knows what she is doing! Clare asks you the area you need focus on and actually does what you ask (some I have been to just ignore you entirely and do what they want). I am sure she has hands of steel and knows exactly where to find the trouble areas. I would highly recommend Clare who is professional at all times and is probably the best masseur I have ever been to.
