Frankie & Co Clothing

I placed an online order 32 days ago and it has not been dispatched. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times. I spoke to someone a couple of weeks ago who said my order would be bumped to the front of the line and still nothing. I understand you have moved warehouses but this is ridiculous. I called today and left another message - I would like a refund, please contact me as soon as possible.

What a joke I have tried to email, call ( Can't leave a message there message bank is full) and message Frankie & Co about my order which still has not been dispatched, almost 4 weeks after I placed the order. Why take orders if you can't fulfill them in a timely matter they haven't told customers there are MAJOR delays with orders because they moving warehouses. AT the time of my order there was nothing on there website to say that there would be delays. I WILL NOT be ordering from Frankie & Co again. Customer Service is applauding.

I am very loyal long term customer and their recent move and their shipping has absolutely disappointed me. Still happy to take your money on orders and continue to advertise sales and get people to purchase more goods. One order took over 7 weeks and the last one I ordered at the start of March hasn’t even been shipped yet. They don’t answer their phone. Any emails are just a generic reply if you even get a reply. They don’t care and then they offer store credit. Which is again a breach of consumer law. Well no I don’t want store credit I want my items in a timely manner. The 3-5 days as per your website. the lack of communication and correspondence reflect poor customer service and a breach of consumer law.This isn’t just me my Aunty, sister and cousin all loyal Frankie supporters have had the same issues. In fact they had items promised to them apparently reserved and they were then cancelled 6 weeks after ordering.Extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend shopping here again. I am going to be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs and my bank.Update the 60+ 5 star reviews in the last 24 hrs have to be fake a friends of the company. Read the other review sites and you will see that they are not delivering goods. Tomorrow I will be contacting the ACcC and my bank.

I have shopped at Frankie from the very beginning! A great locally owned and operated business which has grown so much but continues to provide quality products and fantastic customer service. Great team, keep up the good work.

I've had nothing but 110% satisfaction when buying from Frankie. The service is second to none. Staff are always willing to help, whether it be chasing up on an order or wanting to return an item. I have shopped with this company for years and love their clothing.

I love the Frankie and Co clothing I have bought over the years, and I have a lot, a great small business and I love supporting rural vic. Clothes are fun, and they makes you feel great. Good on you for supporting all women.

I purchased and paid in full for items through Frankie & Co on the 19th of Feb. Did not hear anything for weeks until I followed up and received an automated email advising that due to a warehouse change over there was a delay in shipping. Fair enough however, I then received a new order number on the 10th of March and have heard nothing since. I have sent so many emails since and called so many times and the number just rings out and says no message can be left on this service. All up it has now been close to 6 weeks. Really appalling, will not shop here again.

My wife's online order was never dispatched and took months to get a response from them. Refund given but it was the wrong amount, chased them up multiple times again but no response. She was a long time customer, but not after this! Buyer beware!EDIT: I can't help but think the positive reviews may be fake - honest opinion!

Frankie and Co are my favourite shop! Their website is user friendly and your purchases are shipped quickly! Frankie and Co always have beautiful, good quality clothing! I’ve found so many great items of clothing that I can’t resist coming back for more.
