I highly recommend Max. I was referred from a friend a few months ago and he's been fantastic. He's lots of fun which is great because it distracts me from the fact that he's kicking my butt! I left my last trainer because I was dissatisfied with my results. Just after a few short months I'm definitely stronger and fitter. Thanks Max!

I have been training with Max for 6 months and have found every session to be challenging a different. Diversity is extremely important when working with a trainer as it can be extremely easy to just throw in the towel and go back to your old habits. I find this type of training most effective and highly recommend Max!

Max has been my trainer off and on for years. I came to him with postural problems and within 12 months I was a different person. I continue to work with him off and on as I can find the time. I recommend him to everyone I know!

Max got me started on my fitness journey and I can't thank him enough for it. Max recognises that we're not all gym bunnies, and he creates and adapts programs that meet your needs and keep you motivated to maintain your training. Had I not moved out of the area, I would no doubt still be training with him. Through the good positive habits that Max instilled in me, I am still training consistently and didn't revert to my old sedentary self once he was no longer there cracking the whip ;-)

I started training with Max 2 years ago after suffering from long term lower back issues. Within week's I began to feel stronger and developed a good understanding of how to move safely with his guidence. I highly recommend Max as a trainer he is a very caring person and also knows when to give you a push.

Max is a life saver! I had severe back issues for years and was on a lot of medication. I decided to start seeing Max to help with my back issues and build my strength. He was very patient, attentive and knowledgeable. I could hardly walk up stairs when I started and now I'm doing chin ups! I never thought I'd be one of those people that enjoyed fitness, but I'm a convert... And I'm not taking any more medication. Max changed my life, not only fixing my back issues, but being fitter and healthier has also emproved my life overall. I'd give him 6 stars if I could :)

I trained with Max some time ago and due to relocating from Windsor; am unable to continue.I can recommend his personal and professional approach. He developed my strengths and challenged my weaknesses to where I progressed to achieve my goals.I looked forward to the work outs every week because I was encouraged.I would recommend Max to anyone who is trying to be who you want to become.

Max is a great trainer! My aim was to get fitter and stronger. After only a few months Max has helped me rebuild my strength and fitness. Each week we focus on different areas of the body and we are always trying new exercises. Max is very encouraging during sessions and always corrects technique to make sure the exercises are done properly. Highly recommended.

I trained with Max short term to get fit - and look good - for a holiday. Max tailored his sessions to my needs and my body type. During the sessions Max taught me the right way to do things I'd being doing (wrong) for years and this made all the difference. He pushed me hard, but ensured that he encouraged me too.
