Not a great experience with Cassandra Dean. She seemed incompetent and responded inappropriately and with cliches. Also talked in a child-like voice. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed with the Diggers Rest medical Center especially the Receptionist Dorthey. She is such a rude lady not once but always. she doesn't care about the situation and the stress which patient is going through. She has made me more sick and gave me more stress by the way she talks and she always intimidate the patient to peak level. Never ever recommend this clinic to anyone just becoz of the receptionist.

Highly recommend this clinic! Dr Duminda Hewage has cared diligently for our family’s often complex medical needs for almost a decade, his skill, experience and manner are second to none. Really cannot thank him enough. Staff at this spotless and modern clinic are also exemplary, so helpful and friendly. Thank you all so much :)

Doctor that attended to me and my son was not friendly at all. Was not happy to complete the medical plan for my son’s school . And apparently if there is no full medical history of my son at the clinic, he cannot write a referral to see an incontinence nurse for him. It could have been explained in a friendlier way instead of the condescending tone used.At the end of session, he just walked out of the room and asked receptionist to copy the medical plan and walked back to the room without any acknowledgment that session has ended. Even though this is my local clinic, would not go again unless I really have to. So disappointed

Called me 2 hours before my appointment (which I had booked earlier in the week) to tell me I'm not eligible for a phone consult as my last visit was 2019. I explained I booked a phone consult per their instructions due to some of the symptoms I was experiencing - although had returned negative RATs for the past 4 days (and have never had COVID) They then told me to drive up and wait in the car park, call them to let them know I had arrived and the doctor would call me, which didn't make a whole lot of sense given I had just been told I was ineligible for a phone consult. Unable to confirm whether I would in fact be able to see the Doctor face-to-face, but told me I would need to pay in full up front as private billing, despite their own billing policy posted on their website stating existing patients are exempt. Also stated they do not accept private health payment. I suggest you try elsewhere. Despite a previous misdiagnosis by this clinic, it's at the end of my street so decided to give them another chance. Won't do so again.

I've been here many times over the past two years and the practice is consistent and listens to the issues I present to them. The place is very clean and they have a pharmacy, dentistry and psychology practice in the same building. I can't speak for the psych aspect, but I can say the dental work I had done was top notch and the pharmacy makes things extra convenient. If any issues come up, I would definitely suggest raising it with the practice manager as he cares about his patients and will hear you out on your problems.

Dr Duminda was completely out of line by accusing me of lying about my stomach pain, he had no time for me and just brushed me off, and when I went in for apparent appendicitis (which was diagnosed from another doctor) he told me that I’d be dead if I had that and that I was overreacting. He also told me that I can’t ask for a medical certificate in his words “all the time as there’s nothing wrong with me”, I’m still waiting on ultrasound results for extreme stomach pain. Yet, I’m not allowed to call up and ask for a certificate to prove why I’ve needed to leave work early to try and find out what’s going on. 5 months with this pain, and no one would help me, no wonder people end up dead, because practices like you turn people away. And you expect me to pay for that kind of service? No way.

Dr Duminda is the worst doctor I have ever come across in my life. He is the rudest doctor I've ever been to and I will definitely not return to him or even to this clinic. Told me to go to another clinic when I questioned why I had to let the receptionist know that I needed my ear cleaned by a doctor.
