Having no prior experience in bjj i recently walked in the door a little anxious,coach Rhys and Guy provide a welcoming friendly atmosphere,patient and thorough in explanation of technique and the why behind it..You can tell they are passionate about their craft.. Great bunch of lads,a positive vibe,get in there and give it a go..You won't regret it
