Easy place to buy plaster needs.

I had a bad experience returning plaster board.I phoned prior to returning Plasterboard sheets to find out that their return policy was 25% restocking fee which I was happy with.I immediately drove 30 minutes to return 6 x 16mm Firecheck Sheets (F1612) in absolute excellent condition with the purchase receipt:When I arrived the person working told me that they would need to call the owner to see what amount I should be refunded since they were bought a long time ago.The other work person and I loaded the sheets onto their forklift for restocking and the work person had no concerns with the excellent condition of the sheets.Once we finished unloading the other person came out of the office and told me I was not going to get any refund whatsoever for returning the sheets. Very disappointing.I left them there and later wrote an email not the owner about the incident. He replied but no luck getting any refund whatsoever. So they kept the sheets that I delivered back to them and I got nothing whatsoever
