honestly the worst service I have ever received, we had to go visit the showroom to get answers as to why our tiles were a different shade as to the ones we previously ordered since they ignored my emails and decided to not reply. I ordered tiles through them and they have messed up the tiles themselves and have given me the wrong colour which I already paid money for and refused to give me a refund because there was nothing they could do about it. the way they handled the situation was in a very ignorant manner, pls save yourself money and go somewhere else to get your tiles :) not pleasant at all.

Very professional and experienced in assisting with cabinetry colour choices. Although covid restrictions limited how many persons allowed in colour studio 'Kitchen Culture' were flexible in allowing me attend and take samples outside show my parents on their behalf.

My husband and I were greeted rudely because we didn't realise it was appointment only. We only wanted to see two specific tiles that our builder is using for our house. We were told to show respect to the people already in the room"

Whoever drives the company van is an absolute maniac on the road. Their driving was careless and very dangerous. Their carelessness is probably reflected in the work they do as well. The company drivers are a bad reflection on your business. based on this I would not recommend Thynk.

Their contractors are very unreliable and unprofessional. We’ve had four seperate contractors cancel on us at the last minute. We are reliant on them to finish our build and they are just continuously delaying it and don’t have any urgency to fix. Go somewhere else with your money.

We recently had dealings with the Thynk Group and what an experience! The Showroom was modern and contemporary with plenty of current tile trends on display. Our intuitive consultant, Samantha, provided exceptional guidance assisting us with tile selection for our upcoming new home. Samantha's professionalism and talent for design was impressive. To top off the visit, we enjoyed a delicious lunch in the Restaurant on site! We would thoroughly recommend talking to the Team at the Thynk Group if you are in the market for new tiles, flooring, carpet or window furnishings.

Would be great if their tilers stayed to finish a job without constantly disappearing. It’s exhausting having to follow up each week still with no idea when they’ll be back.It would be nice if they didn’t smoke whilst tiling inside your new home or pee in your internal drains! Absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism this company thinks is acceptable! I would give them no stars if that was an option.

My partner and I went to the showroom in Charmhaven not knowing it was appointment only and we were treated very rudely. Customer service was horrible. No offer to book us in for an appointment, she simply showed us 1 of the 3 tiles we wanted to purchase and just told us to go onto the manufactures website to view it. After how we were spoken to and treated, we left and went and purchased all of our tiles from Tuggerah Tiles. I highly recommend not even bothering with Tile Direct. Go to Tuggerah tiles, they had the same range that we wanted with a better display, more samples and their customer service was excellent!
