Beam Ducted Vacuum Systems

Not happy with the quality and the service. Very cheaply made . Our Beam Alliance needed a new motherboard after a few months and I had to pay for the technician to install even though it was under warranty. When I first received my package they accidentally sent me 2 carpet tools one of which was faulty , I sent it back and was sent a bare floor tool which came apart after about 6 months ( the brush head just keeps dropping off ) When I called about it I was told that I must have used it incorrectly on carpet. I did not have carpets only some light weight plastic rugs which are as smooth as my floors. When I tried to use the carpet floor tool onthem even on the lowest suction lifts them up . Another brush tool which I bought to clean the ceiling came apart the same way as the floor tool just after 3 uses. I used to have a Rainbow for 25 years I did not have this issues at all.
