Adelaide City GWM Haval

When I came into the dealership it seemed like 2 employees were having a screaming match with each other. The salesperson Luke was very dismissive and never answers his phone and all glasses are so DIRTY!! I saw them pick up a dirty glass 'rinse' it, fill it with water and give it to another person. Definitely will not be returning!

Sam was very friendly guiding me through the purchase of my new HAVAL H6GT. I got a really good trade price on my previous vehicle and on fitted extras. Looking forward to my continued experience in ownership of my brand new HAVAL.

This dealership is the best I've ever done business with.I bought my GWM Cannon X through these guys!From their management and sales people to their service staff and facility, they are incredibly helpful, professional and go well out of their way to ensure you have such a positive buying and after sales experience you can possibly get.I won't even bother buying through any other dealership after having such a positive experience with the team at Adelaide City GWM.If you're on the look out for a new car to buy, I HIGHLY recommend going through them, you will not regret it!

Poor customer service. Takes advantage of young people (especially girls). Lies to their customers about the “hold deposit” (fun fact no such thing). Can’t get your $1000 deposit back even if you chose to go against the company/their finance. As soon as the eftpos machine says approved there is no money back. Never disclosed that. Even though both Luke and Daniel said you could. Even though the contract we signed had incorrect information on it they refused to listen to the fact it now is voided!Absolutely appalled by this company, taking $1000 from an innocent person, and continuing to misconstrue very important information!Never ever will i recommend this company!

Serviced my new work car, but did not bother to look at the 8ssues mentioned when I booked it in. Now they want the car for 4 days? They offer a loan car, great but it's al little buzz box, not a Ute. Difficult to work from.Not overly impressed

Unfortunately, my beloved car gave me a good 20+ years but sadly she had to go. Having zero clue about cars and being very overwhelmed, I didn’t know where to start. But coming to Adelaide City and being served by Vince was amazing. His knowledge, attitude and attention to my wants and needs was outstanding. He was patient and took his time to go through every detail and feature of the new car I was purchasing. Absolutely 5 gold stars and I vote Vince for president!!!! He is a MUST if you are purchasing or want advice on cars. Much appreciated and thank you!

My partner enquired over the phone about the Haval H6 GT ultra, as we had been to another Haval dealership & didn't get much service. He spoke with Jaye LeRaye from Adelaide City GWM Haval. Who was helpful & had the colour in stock I wanted. Unfortunately we had to sell our present vehicle at the time before buying. Jaye called my partner every couple of days to see how we were going as the colour I wanted was selling fast. We sold our vehicle & put the deposit on the vehicle with Jaye on the Friday. We went in on the Saturday to look at the demo. Jaye was very knowledgeable about the vehicle & went over everything I wanted to know. We picked our new car up the following Thursday again Jaye went though everything in depth with me & my partner. I discovered the next day I couldn't get the maps to work from my phone, called Jaye to ask. He tried to assist but it wasn't coming up, he said if I was in the area today to pop by & he would check it out for me. Went to the dealership Jaye come straight out & fixed the settings on my phone.Jaye is one of, if not the best sales person I have dealt with. He was not pushy & he was honest about wait times & stock availability. His after sales service was great & follow up to make sure we were happy with our purchase was great.

Even though our car was 2nd hand our experience was far from 2nd hand. From the moment we walked in the door at Adelaide City GWM in Thebarton we were greeted with a smiling and pleasant sales member by the name of Jaye. He made the process easy and casual, was not pushy and answered all our questions. We greatly appreciate the whole team for help in purchasing our Haval Jolion Ultra.
