I had town and country cleaning out to clean my carpets and when I entered the house straight after I could see that certain areas weren't even wet and hadn't been cleaned. The carpet that was cleaned was also extremely wet in some places. Once it was dry this left water marks on the carpet which I can't remove. I called and they said they would get it redone. The cleaner then came back out a couple of weeks later and was argumentative from the second he walked on the door. He said he cleaned the carpet and when I explained about the missed patches he said 'no, no, no' and didn't even listen to what I was trying to explain. He rolled his eyes multiple times when I said there are water marks left and told me I should have stayed to watch him if wanted it down a certain way. That is absolutely not necessary as I thought it would be done to a professional standard and for $237 you would not expect that you would have to watch him at work to do a proper job. After a stand off of him arguing about doing it again I asked him to leave as he was making me extremely uncomfortable and I could tell he wasn't going to do it again. I have contacted the company to see where to go from here. Very unprofessional and I hope this is a warning to other people.

They were extremely efficient. Arrived right o time and did a great job. Will be using them again.
