Raldex Plumbing is super efficient! My kitchen is under renovation, need to disconnect the gas stove, then reconnect after the new kitchen is installed. Called Raldex plumbing, they quoted me on the phone and sent someone in an hour. The price is very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.The following comment was added after Kitchen renovation is finished. As always Raldex installed and reconnected my gas stove as soon as I contacted them. If you are looking for a reliable, efficient, professional and reasonable priced plumber, Raldex is definitely the one!

Luke is highly expert, punctual, reliable, honest and organised. he also spent some extra time helping us with issues not related to the cook-top. Luke's team did an awesome job in adding a sink to our spare toilet. When doing it they came across a problem that needed immediate attention. They immediately spoke to us about it and corrected the issue at a very reasonable additional price and even went so far as to check other aspects of the house to make sure it was an isolated issue. They were very professional and highly reasonable from a price perspective. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and his team.

Raldex Plumbing is definitely the Rolls Royce of plumbing contractors if you have any issues with sewer or stormwater - Luke and his team solved some big problems that several others had merely tinkered with, and made some changes so that future maintenance was a breeze. Luke in particular is incredibly calm, hard working and professional, and is a pleasure to have working on the house. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Requested a quote to look at a potential plumbing issue.Raldex were unable to find out what the issue was.I later received an invoice for service call, labour, and some notes on what to do next.I asked if they could help with the next steps on 15th Dec, as of today 23rd Dec I have not received a reply.I have paid the invoice but I am disappointed with the outcome.

Luke and his team are absolute legends! My wife called me to advise that the bathroom was flooding and i got home to find an inch of water throughout the room and so i called the guys at Raldex and they talked me through over the phone how to remedy the problem to contain the flooding. Luke arrived 10 minutes later (must have heard the urgency in my voice), and sorted it out in no time. He was extremely polite and professional and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied, and even gave us some cleaning tips. Can't thank you enough Luke!

Excellent service, honest quotes and all around great work. I received the most amazing service from Raldex, they were so prompt and kind. Raldex fixed the problem to lasting effect for a very reasonable price and much more affordable than other quotes we had received. We were so impressed! Highly recommended.
