Excellent service and item was packed carefully. Didn't receive the tracking number in the email but the reply from the customer service team was fast.

Had no troubles with them in the past then asked if I could return an item unused if it didn't fit apparently that is too much paperwork and costs him money.

Michael and the team were very helpful. This is my 4th purchase from Star products in the last couple of years, always a good experience with great advice and support.

Bought moter for pushbike five months at most it has never run properly clutch fills up with fuel and all they said was it would be a seal but they don't have parts didn't want to help at all it supposed to have 12 month warranty

I would give them a big ZERO. Don't ever expect to get warranty from these guys. If something goes wrong...they will give you every excuses to fob you off. Don't go near them if you want good product and service

Terrible After Service Poor Quality products & attitude!! will never deal with again. Buyer Beware would rate 0 if i could & seems to be a bit of a trend !

Good products but at the first hint of an issue, dreadful customer service.

Would give it 0 star if possible. Terrible service bought a $390 wake winch spool that bent after first use rang and spoke to him about it apparently no warranty or offer to replace. By reading other reviews seems to be common trend. Won’t be using this business again. Lesson learnt the hard way.

Life's to short to get attitude from a supplier!!! Especially as there are other suppliers online with equivalent products at better prices. For example Jono & Johno or Thornado.

Purchased a Chipper/Mulcher from this business. Told the proprietor what I was going to use it for. Chipping up branches from the odd tree pruning job I get through my Lawnmowing & General Gardening business to facilitate quicker removal and less trips to the tip per job.Had problems with the machine from day one. Machine clogs up constantly when using the top hopper. I have removed the bottom screen as he suggested. Little improvement. Have to turn the machine off after every 2nd or third branch to clear it. Have used the machine a couple of times since but it now sits unused in my garage taking up space. Found it quicker to bunch the material I would like to put through the hopper in a big pile on the ground and hack it into smaller pieces with my long reach hedge trimmer and then load onto trailer.The chipper component at the side of the machine works a bit better but turns the branches into sawdust rather than woodchips. This makes the material less ideal for reuse in garden beds etc.I rang him more recently to again complain about the machine and offer to bring it in to see if it was defective in some way. He wasn't interested. He insisted no one else had ever complained. My thoughts, unexpressed at the time were sure mate - pull the other one .. you know what tune it plays".He also said that the machine was meant for use with dry material not green/fresh material. ????? None of this information was offered at the time I was enquiring about the product and giving him my money. It seems to have been secret information only to be revealed once your money is long gone and the product isn't doing what it should.When I have time I'll be lodging a complaint with Consumer Protection. the item is not fit for it's intended purpose. This guy just takes your money and then heads for the hills."
