5 stars all the way. The staff were absolutely brilliant.I'm currently on holiday, so I gave them a call, and they fitted my car in straight away.The puncture was unrepairable, so a new tyre was fitted, and I was back on the road very quickly.

They are both incredibly warm, friendly, helpful, honest and made me feel like a long time good friend or even family member.Adrian gave me great advice, was very responsive and kept me informed of the status of my order without prompting. Great service. Adrian noticed that the wheel nuts I'd been supplied by a third party were unsafe and immediately got on the phone to a supplier to source the right ones. Also, he scrubbed the hubs clean to ensure a flush fit, which is more diligent than most people nowadays. Highly recommend.

Realised I had a leaking tyre yesterday evening, had an appointment an hour away this morning. Thanks a million for fitting me in first thing this morning, repairing my tyre thus enabling me to make my appointment on time. Friendly, professional and very reasonable priced. Totally recommend

Super helpful. Pristine workshop, knew his stuff and excellent customer service.Adrian and team at West Perth fit us in to assess the slow leak on my passenger front tyre. Recommended Folklore for a coffee (brilliant) while we waited.Gave us a run down of what they did, and how and where to get the rim repaired. Showed us photos and video of the problems ( we were about to leave for a driving trip but had to make other plans). Highly recommend.
