Their foccacias are to die for, especially the chicken schnitzel with sundried tomatoes - yum! The coffee was some of the smoothest in Albury. Can't go wrong with their muffins either. All-in-all, a great cafe well worth a look!

I used to get my coffee almost everyday here when I worked in the Plaza but the last few times I’ve visited the owner has been there and she treats her staff horribly. The poor staff, mostly young girls, look very defeated and demoralised. The cafe has a nice selection of pastries, breads and cakes but I will no longer support somewhere that treats their staff so poorly… I’m not the first person to notice this, either. A lot of my friends and coworkers will no longer buy their coffees from Valentines solely because of how the owner treats her employees.Edit: As you can see from the owners snarky and petty reply, this only furthers my belief that they treat their staff poorly. I’m sure working for a gaslighting bully is lots of fun for them. I wasn’t aware that the previous owners son is now the owner so let me correct myself; Kay Perry is the old woman I have seen being nasty to the staff on multiple occasions. And yes, I have found several other family owned coffee places in Albury to support that not only have better coffee, but are much nicer and pleasant to interact with.

Came here for afternoon tea. Tiramisu cake was quite old, becoming dry. Black coffee was a burnt dark roast, coffee that should be reserved for milk shakes. Tea was served in a large beaker, enough for a horse. Good service. Cafe looks cute, but does not shine with product.

I went in for a sandwich and cappachino service ok but I noticed that even though the young girls were not rushed off there feet they only cleared the tables and did not clean them and there had been young children leaving obvious messes I was lucky to get a clean table I kept waiting to see if they came back to clean up but I was there at least half an hour and that didn't happen. Cleanliness is of the upmost especially around food. Customers really don't want to sit at a table with other people's sticky mess still there. I know because I have had experience working in a cafe so pull your socks up guys.

Great spot for a quick lunch. Great coffee, leaf tea in a pot and fresh vegan options. Sweet potato & veggie panini and cuppa’s.

Coffee used to be great but now is just below average. The food quality has really dwindled down and the paninis just taste stale.
