First National Real Estate Candappa – Drouin

Definitely not a 4.9 star business, please be cautious. My husband and I initially were impressed especially with the sales pitch however I believe this was just to gain our business/rental property in Warragul. Rental inspections were not being conducted, nor were updates being provided. We had to time and time again ask for updates to which we did not recieve (it was like pulling teeth) and the property had been damaged from multiple so called 'house proud' tenants who would continue to move out every 6 months (please note the house is only 3 years old - so this is not an old house items issue). Myself especially have properties and have never had a real estate agent conduct themselves in this manner, it was sad to see.I retract my 2 stars to 1. We have proof no emails or reports were being made and sent to us as well as more damage than you're claiming. You as real estate agents need to be held accountable. Tenants did offer to pay for certain items but not the additional TV ports or fans. At the end of the day it is our house and we choose to update or not, it is a new house with all the trimmings. I have rented before and never made unreasonable requests of the landlords and have never heard of such requests from even my own tenants. Take responsibility for your negligence and your response to our requests and review is absolutely appalling. Great to see you are trying to say nobody will take on the property, that in it's self proves your unprofessional conduct.

An absolute pleasure to deal with as a renter who hasn’t rented for 16 years. Suzy and Bronte are very friendly and professional. They are quick to respond to queries. The smoke alarm checking company came to check the smoke alarms on day 3 of me moving in and we were discussing Candappa First National. He covers SE Melb and into West Gippsland and said they are his favourite real estate agent to deal with, and he deals with many. I can’t thank them enough for their friendly and professional service and support. I couldn’t recommend them more!
