Positives, pretty little entry and digital door locks provide security. Pretty timber floors and clean. But,our booking stated a 30 sqm room, hence the room was really small with no space provided to put bags and no wardrobe.No parking on premises and had to walk a fair way with luggage.Didn't appreciate a text message for our credit card details. Zero customer service.This is not a cheap place. We cancelled another place because this looked so good on the website, but nothing would tempt us back.Also didn't appreciate the exposed teabags, especially during Covid.All in all, average experience.

We have just returned from our one week stay at the beautiful Bayhaven Lodge in Byron Bay and we could not recommend it highly enough. We varied our stay, three days in a Garden Suite, then three days in the Superior Suite and both were really comfortable and enjoyable. I recommend the Superior Suite simply because of the extra room and subsequent comfort. The place is perfectly located with a short 5 minute walk to the centre of town, with all those wonderful restaurants and bars to enjoy. Do yourself a favour and come up and saty at The Bayhaven Lodge for a truly wonderful escape.

Really enjoyed our stay at Bayhaven Lodge, the manager Nick was so helpful from start to finish. We really appreciated the early check in after a flight and rainy weather! Room itself was beautiful and modern. We had everything we needed for our stay. So close to Byron town centre and beach. Great place to stay would recommend!

My boyfriend and i stayed in the Grand suite for a week and it was the best experience, staff are super chill, friendly and always there to help. the place was super clean and just felt like a home away from home. will definitely be coming back and staying with them again

Excellent value for money, to the point we were convinced there had been a mistake in the room allocation! The suite was beautiful, clean and massive with a well equipped kitchen, we really felt at home and having use of the spa and off street parking was a great bonus. Nick and the other staff were really friendly, relaxed and always contactable. Short walking distance to town, beach, restaurants and a lovely wee farmers market. Can't wait to come back here again and again!

Super clean and great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the main beach. Great service from staff. The bed was super comfy and fans/aircon worked great. Overall great experience, would recommend!

Had such a gorgeous stay here in their garden suite. The room was absolutely stunning and exactly as advertised! Location was super convenient just a short walk away from the main strip yet just enough away from the hustle and bustle. Parking was free and easy just around the corner. The staff was lovely and the pin entry locks on the doors made it super easy and secure!
