Worst rental experience ever. I was accused of doing damage which was pre-existing and noted on the condition report, no apology when this was pointed out. When I reported a leak with the watering system, multiple times, it was ignored and I was told to just use a hose, the leak was causing a hole in the garden. They complained when I left some papers on the kitchen counter when they did an inspection, I was living there, it wasn't a display property. They made me get the carpets professionally cleaned, knowing full well the renal provider was getting the carpet replaced. They made me do extra cleaning, despite tradespeople being in the house doing work, making a mess. They didn't submit the bond remittance until I asked them what was happening with it, weeks after returning the paperwork. I worked in what was effectively a call centre, it wasn't until after I moved out that they got the fact that I couldn't just answer the phone and email was better. I wouldn't rent from them again unless there was no other choice.Edit: I did eventually get my full bond back. Over 12 months after I moved out, I got a call saying they owed me money from rent I'd over paid, they said they'd tried calling me hundreds of times, I've only had 2 calls from them in 12 months, the one I answered today, and one over a month ago where no message was left, there were no emails either.

Mark has been incredible with helping my partner and I find a rental. Amazing customer service and honest insight into the area. He truly wants to help us find the right place to live.

They don't help tenants at all only out for the money and don't care about the houses but repair anything when contacted
