This was a great place to stay on our recent hike. Everything we needed. Comfortable and warm bed. Kitchen really well stocked. Also very reasonable price. Accomadating to special request for to us hiking through.

We loved our stay at the Black Diamond. Only pity we only had one night! Best value, hospitality in Collie. The owners even borrowed their car to drive out to Wellington dam for the day. The Black Diamond Lodge goes the extra mile!

The Black Diamond Lodge is very clean, very supportive of the hikers and offer lots of homely comforts all set in a lovely space and close to facilities. The staff are so friendly and OMG to be offered a gown to wear so all my clothes could be washed, was so comforting at the time. It was just another way this accommodation goes the extra mile. Thank you so much.

We were so happily surprised to find this friendly, well-equiped and slightly quirky place in central Collie. Great value for money. Definitely the best budget accommodation in the area.

Myself, my husband and our 7yo son stayed 5 nights in this comfy family room with bathroom, it felt like we were at a well looked-after little hotel! The comunal areas are very nice as well. Everything you need in the kitchen, with great barista coffee machine!

Stayed here while working in collie, as far as a lodge goes it's fantastic. Quiet, clean, good facilities, amazing kitchen, next door to a pub. Great a/c, friendly staff. Would highly recommend if your working in town.

A great place to stay in Collie. The rooms are comfortable with aircon. The kitchen is amazing, has gas cooking stove, microwave and everything to make your breakfast and dinner and if you want to save money do your own cooking. It's also right next door to the Federal pub next door and friendly pub that serves good food.

Not suitable for nightshift workers.If it isnt the noisy laundry keeping you awake all day, the day I write this there is a digger crew one metre from where i try to sleep .. booked by the owner without any warning to me ... i would get more sleep commuting to Mandurah every day. Meanwhile the digging and drilling noises continue one metre from my head ... and now hammering on the other side of the wall that is 20cm from my head.'We gave you earplugs' is the response you get to any noise complaints ...Awesome ...

This is THE place to kick back in Collie. Super comfy rooms, clean bathroom facilities, plenty of parking, cozy fire pit & its a mere hop to the pub & Deli. The communal kitchen is amazing! Its a such great place for chats with other guests & its so generously & thoughtfully stocked with tea, spices, condiments, a brill coffee machine & all the pots, pans & utensils you couldn't bring. Very impressed Black Diamond Lodge practices sustainability by recycling/repurposing/reusing waste & unwanted guest belongings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
