We had a good experience ordering from The Lighting Outlet. Purchased a pedant light for over our kitchen bench in our new home. Have not installed as yet and aside from delivery taking a little more then expected it was still a positive experience. Prices are good too, so will definitely order from them again.

We love our new light, it's like jewellery on the front porch. Excellent product with suitable rating for outdoor use, fantastic price and fast delivery. It's the perfect light for a traditional home if you're looking for a more modern, edgy feel.

I'm not a fan of this company. I bought a $40 dimmer by mistake and wanted to get a refund but they only issue a credit note that last for 6 months. For a company that stocks so many products, I'd think they can afford to refund something small. The lady on the phone was also really rude when I asked about the refund.It is stressful to buy things from companies don't offer refunds. It doesn't offer customers a peace of mind. I don't think I'll buy anything from them again.

I received my beautiful lamps in the specified time and was so surprised to find that they looked exactly like the site pictures. I had been looking everywhere for something different and found them well priced at the Lighting Shop. Although, delivery ended up being on two different days for each lamp, the lovely customer service lady from the lighting shop was very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for your great service and products!

Got two fans and they’re gorgeous so many features and really powerful, they match our mouldings and decor well and higher up than our old lights. Don’t know how we lived without them our air conditioner hasn’t worked since it got shorted through lightning last month, these fans have been a lifesaver literally.

Had a wonderful experience shopping with The Lighting Outlet. My new lamp shade was well packaged, sent very promptly and was just like the description at a great price. No dents, damage or anything and I'm very happy with the results.

I purchased 2 bedside lamps and 1 table lamp. They were not cheap, so I expected quality products. The bedside lamps are okay, but the table lamp is very poorly made. The metal frame is coated with paint, and is peeling off! See attached photo. I hope The Lighting Outlet will employ some quality control staff in future to check items before sending them out.UPDATE! I asked for a replacement, and insisted that I receive it before I return the damaged lamp. The replacement lamp arrived with dings in the lampshade!! Where is the quality control at the factory? I am now making up one good lamp out of the components. I asked if I could keep the sub standard lamp and pay $40 for it, but no, they want the lamp returned. It has already cost them money to send the replacement, and now they will have to pay return postage. I thought my offer was a good deal, assuming the lamp will be binned at their end anyway!
