Dyson Service Centre Perth

Ridiculous situation in that you can't call the Perth Dyson Service Centre direct, as there is no local number listed. And when you call the main Dyson Service Centre number, they can't check stock levels for Dyson vacuum cleaner parts held in Perth and nor can they put you through to the Perth Service Centre to speak to someone. So basically, you just need to go there and hope that the part you need is available! I would have expected a more customer-focussed approach from a company like Dyson - very poor effort.

I didn't use the osbourne park facility directly, but when calling the service centre for help with my stick vacuum, I was blown away with the service. I personally was dreading the cost of a dyson service, but over the phone and using a video call, I was taken step by step through a process to clean my vacuum and troubleshoot the problem. I am SO impressed with this service, not only did it work, it was free and simple and it was so refreshing having wonderful customer service. Shout out to Kate, in Sydney, who helped me today!

We recently purchased the latest Gen 5 Detect Dyson vacuum cleaner and I can truly say this is an amazing machine.This is our third Dyson so we are hooked on these machines going way back to our first plug in unit many many years ago and now this new beast is just unrealThe Gen 5 has everything you could possibly want for in a vacuum cleaner that will service a large home.It’s not only extremely powerful and quiet but it is so efficient it has blown us away.The new features for us including the new green light monitor which is terrific. It is a facility that makes it very easy to see where you have vacuumed or been and need to go.Value for money wise it’s an absolute bargain and the equipment stand is another well thought out feature for people on the go and who hate having equipment laying around at the bottom of cupboards etcGuys try it and you will buy itA very satisfied Family

V10 Absolute wasn't working and was informed after speaking to a rep online that our machine was past warranty so we'd need to pay for a new motor (approx $300+) which we understood. Service centre had it fixed within 15mins at no charge. Amazing service, very happy Dyson customer ♡

Very professional and great customer service. On demand repair while you wait. The store could use with chairs for those who do wait but overall very satisfying

I rang Dyson's service centre on Tuesday 13th June. Unfortunately I did not make a proper note of the consultant 's name ! She was very understanding when I told her our Dyson Stick Vacuum had stopped working. She asked me a few questions then asked me to try a few things on my Vacuum. Within a matter of time She had identified the issue and ordered a new charger for me. It was explained that it could take about 8 days but it is already on the way. I am very impressed by the service I received. Thank you

I was absolutely amazed at the with the service I received for my DC11 Absolute vacuum stick vacuum. I called Dyson service centre as there was a problem with the trigger they said to drop it in to be checked and a full service was $199. When I arrived at 4pm on Friday there where three staff and all very friendly and attentive. I told them it needed a service and the trigger was a bit dicky. Well the lady said do you have five minutes and she will take to the workshop, seven minutes later out it came with the switch repaired and no charge. It’s worth noting this machine is 4 years old and a year out of warranty and not often I am lost for words but I was. In the seven minutes I was there all the staff went out of there way to be honest and helpful with customers. I will not hesitate to buy another Dyson next time as the after-sales is amazing.

Dyson is an amazing brand. They do not just sell products but their after care and post sales is amazing. That is matched by their product's quality and performance. Highly recommended.
