Ruined my hair, guy cutting my hair didn’t give me the haircut I showed him and didn’t know how to fade the sides, left it looking like I had rings around my head, told him I didn’t want anything off the top then proceeded to cut it short. Months of hair growth ruined in a minute. Get the old guy with grey hair out. He was rude as I said I liked my fringe down the front then said “ I do the cutting” then cut it to give me a comb over ignoring everything I told him. Refused to listen and ruined my hair, how am I supposed to look presentable when I have a hair cut like how he gave me. Truely shocking never going here again

Absolutely love this place. The ladies are so good with my little man, he is not scared of haircuts any more. He loves his 'car' seat with the TV in front of it.He got a '3' yesterday for his 3rd birthday today and it looks so good!

Fantastic staff, friendly service, great conversation. I have been getting my haircut there since they opened, always walk out satisfied. I recommend Man Up to all my mates.

The people here did a magnificent job with my young lad I take out who is in a wheelchair, very helpful and the end result would have to be one of his best haircuts.

Poor service. Rocked up at 4:20 after work looking for a quick cut and noticed the door was semi closed. I looked in, 2 hairdressers were still working and I asked if I could get a cut still because there closing time was said to be 5:30 on the board on the window. A blonde girl was rudely telling me the doors down so they were closed, although the door wasn't down... Just moved to the area looking for a local hairdresser but I wont be trying again here haha I feel for the owner because clearly the girl telling me to leave did not want a sale!

The blonde girl who works there is the rudest person I've ever encountered in all the years I've been getting my hair cut there. I brought my 4 year old in and as we were sitting and waiting, my son was eating something and messed a little on the floor. I told him to pick it up and go put it in one of the bins near the chairs. He is shy so he asked me to come with him so we stood up and walked to the front. The blonde girl turned around and a very grumpy tone said can you go sit down". The poor guy who's hair she was cutting looked so uncomfortable the rest of his haircutMy wife also had an issue with her the time before that she brought my son for a haircut. She said she was also very rude

I bring 3 of my sons here to get their hair cut and they're always happy with the result. What I like most about this place is it's the first barber I've been to where my 4 year old can actually get a decent hair cut despite how hyperactive he is in the chair. Props to the Irish lady in there that usually cuts his hair. Always a nice finish despite my son's antics lol. I'll be bringing my youngest in when it's time to cut his hair.

My MIL and I took our boys in there for a haircut (1&3 years old) and from the moment we walked in the blonde barber lady was looking at us rudely, We felt unwelcome before we even got service. She then continued to say that her scissors are very sharp so he can't move at all (HES 3 And HAS HAD BAD HAIRCUT EXPERIENCE IN PAST) she then cut my one year olds hair and was very rude and impatient towards him. She didn't talk to either of the boys and only spoke to us to be rude. I Do not recommend taking any young children now and if you have to ask for Michelle

My son has always been scared of getting his haircut, has sensory problems and problems with sitting still. We decided to go after calling up and discussing with a worker there about the issues and I had told them we have come a lot way my son had finally volunteered to get a haircut but since his experience there he will not let me take him to cut his hair again. The Barber decided it would be a appropriate thing to tell my 4 year old that if he doesn't sit perfectly still she will cut his ear off, he was so petrified that he was sobbing the whole time and for about a hour after and now even 7 months later I cannot get him to go and get his haircut. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.
