Took my 6yo daughter who has ASD here for a basic trim, can 100% say I won’t be taking her back again.No patience for a child on the spectrum at all.Constant comments about my daughter slouching and not being able to hold her hair perfectly still the entire timeThe hair dryer was set way too hot for a child let along a child who has sensory issuesMy daughter was visibly upset by the end of the appointment and very overwhelmedI attempted to let the hair dresser know that the hair dryer was too hot for my daughter and she replied “she is moving her head before I’m even touching it”She was trying to turn her head to alert me that it was too hot but the hair dresser wasn’t aware of this because she was too busy trying to physically correct the angle of my daughters head instead of checking the temperature it was set to.

This has to be the worse salon in Redland Bay. They will charge the earth and butcher your hair. AVOID

After being unwell for a long time, today was my first visit to a hair dresser in well over two years. I was looked after by Hayley, who was just lovely. I have been wearing my hair up in a bun for over two years, Hayley talked to me about what she planned to do - the cut and the colour... She was so kind and caring, I love the colour, the foils and my style cut and I will definitely be back to see her again!

Although the staff were very friendly they really over charge, I wasn’t that happy with the end result my cut was uneven and it was a bit yellow, I let it go but as time went on it went even more yellow. By the time I got the guts up to go back they offered to fix it then rang me shortly after and said after 5 weeks they can’t put a toner on but they would fix the cut I told them not to worry. I’m going to have to pay someone to fix it anyway so why would I bother. Sorry to say I definitely won’t be back so not worth the money,

I asked them to give me a few ash highlights. (Only a few) as I wanted to make my bronze/redish/blonde/brown hair, a bit of feel. They made my entire head full of white highlights and the rest of my head is way too blonde. I only asked for a few highlights and they made my entire head light blonde. They also could not fix my hair as I wanted them to make my fringe flow more. They couldn't do that either. They made my mom pay 400 dollars for them ruining my hair and all they did was give me a few styling tips" once they couldn't fix it. I was in there for the entire day and all they did was ruin my hair. They wouldn't listen to me time after time of me saying I didn't want a noticable change

A great experience with Kate today. Colour refresh and foils look fantastic. It is great to have a hair stylist who takes the time to listen and get the results wanted. Curly hair has always been a challenge, but Kate managed it beautifully. Thanks Kate. ⭐️

absolutely love stefan’s at victoria point! last year they did my formal hair and i was quoted over the phone at around $70 at the beginning of the year. when i got there for a trial i discovered the girl had misquoted me and it was actually closer to $100, for the trial as well. the staff handled everything so well, they were very apologetic and actually realised with the style i wanted a trial wasn’t necessary so they did a little consultation, didn’t charge me and the woman in charge gave me some free hair care product to say sorry again. when i got there on the day of formal they did such a good job and i put my trust in them and was so happy with the result. they respect and value all customers but especially the regular ones, and times since when things have gone wrong the girls have been so professional and i’ve never left the salon unhappy. so grateful for all that they do, thankyou stefans :))

Booked for a haircut. Arrived on time. Told to come back in 10 minutes. Came back later and was told to wait. Wasn't until 45 minutes later that the haircut began. Was told they could not give me the package that was advertised on the website. I specifically rang earlier to double check I could get the package and was told over the phone it was fine. Once in store, they told me they did not have enough time for the package and could not do it. Fine. Just cut my hair. Told them what I wanted. They disagreed that it would not look good." Cut it anyway

Took my little girl for her first hair cut. They treated her like an absolutely princess. Very patient and thorough. Flawless experience. We were looked after by Simone (I think).
