I would not recommend this company. They didn’t show up for my furniture removal this morning, very unprofessional, left numerous messages for them to call back, txts messages left with no reply or response to my messages, left me high and dry trying to find someone at short notice.Fortunately I did find an amazing removal company at short notice.

Been and Back Removalist are fantastic. With very short notice Been and Back were able to meet our needs. They were careful, easy going, prompt and polite throughout the process. We would absolutely use them again in a heart beat :).

The guys showed up exactly on time, had a quick walk around and quoted my job at about 5 hours. They wasted no time in getting their truck set up and loading all my belongings in. Not once did I doubt that my stuff would be damaged.When they arrived at my the destination, they put everything exactly where I asked them to put it with no questions.They had completed the entire move in just under 3.5 hours.I highly recommend their services, as you will not be disappointed.

Scheduled for a 2 bedroom unit move, she and her helper wasted no time in packing my belongings into the truck with dedication and care. The above and beyond service was amazing, everything moved into its place in the new home, all my items arrived safely and attention to detail for those fragile items was gratefully appreciated. Always a happy smile on their dials, even though it was a hot summer day, they made my move pleasantly easy and hasslefree. A family run business that saved our bacon after another removal company cancelled on us 4 hours after they were due to start! Been and Back accepted our job the day of, when their day should have been finishing, and did it in half the time the other company quoted us. Knocking off well after sun down, the team took a fair few flights of stairs in their stride. Refreshing to work with people who genuinely went out of their way to help as a last resort!

Well, what can I even say to express my gratitude to this AMAZING team!?Hubby had to go away for work and we had to move at very short notice.Not only did Laurina reply promptly with a very competitive quote (the best I came across!), she booked me in very quickly (despite being busy at her end), accommodated me changing the time at short notice without any problems, arrived exactly when she said they would and proceeded to pack a huge load perfectly. Multiple large glass items/huge televisions etc with NO breakage or damage of any sort.I was disorganised and on my own and the service they provided was perfect allowing myself to focus on other things and giving my husband piece of mind.They unpacked the truck so quickly at the destination and ensured I was completely happy with where everything was.At all times they showed great respect for my property and were very professional and polite.I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!So good to see a small/locally owned business providing such a fabulous service.We will DEFINITELY be using them again.
