Chemist Warehouse Sunnybank Plaza

Crowded place with narrow aisles. Sometimes I saw pieces of papers on the floor and the floor needed mopping. 2 days ago I almost got knocked over by a staff in the blue shirt. She was running ? To get something. I can’t imagine the injury I would sustain. Can the owner of this store tell staff about safety and health issue please.

Very poor customer service from some staff.Generally seems the staff are not interested in customer service.We visit Chemist Warehouse reasonably regularly across Brisbane because the product/price are good. Customer service generally is average to above average in most locations.This is the first location we visited for the first time where the service is poor, we felt the staff their have taken business for granted and feel they don’t need to provide a good service to generate revenue. Which may be true but we will never go back to this store.Chemist Waterhouse is a good brand, HQ should mandate minimum customer service standards

Absolutely repulsive service!Very intolerant to people with sensory issues. Music blasting, and my autistic spouse and I wished to go out of our comfort zone and try a new scent.The girl DEMANDED we purchase the deodorant (without trying even if we did not break a seal. It's aerosol )If we didn't like it we would have brought it right back. I had a reaction to the brand and told her I'd not buy it. She began to yell I shouldve bought it.No. I was not going to purchase an item that would trigger my partner sensory wise.she refused to hear it. I did not break a seal & make it unpurchaseable so her behaviour were plain rude.She then snarkily told me to get out with a smug smirk.We did no wrong.I will never return. People like this give Chem Warehouse a Bad rep here. Disgusting!

As a regular customer at Chemist warehouse, the customer service at Sunnybank is really bad. The staff behind the counters are the worst. Seems like I owe them money. And while they saw there are customers waiting in line, they are still chatting at the back. The male pharmacist and a lady looked at us and continue their conversation. Finally when another lady came to the counter, no apology what so ever and the service was unprofessional.

The Asian girl at front desk literally don't know anything about customer service, no greetings, no scaning items, just staring at customers, so impolite and invasive. Please do some training to your staffs.

The Asian girl at the front desk was rude; she scanned an item twice and didn't apologize. If you want to be viewed as a hard-working employee, it's important to perform your job duties accurately then give people an attitude!

This store has lovely staff behind the counter, but some do need to improve their customer service. I asked a gril with green hair on the floor if a product is available in this store. She gave me no eye contact, no smile, and not even a single word. Just walk towards that product and turn around, walk away. I feel like the person who ruined her date night or her neighbour mowed at 7am Sunday morning :)

I put my script in 6:50pm tonight, and said we will text you when it is ready in 20 or 30mins and we are still waiting at 9pm. I will not being going here again

The pharmacists are the only ones who work I swear. The front staff really need to be trained on customer servicing and start to have some work ethics. A bit sad to have a beautiful shop with a bunch of incompetent workers.

Absolutely impossible to get a car park between 11am-2pm. The aisles here are too narrow especially as there are always staff stocking the shelves & most are not helpful & won’t move & if you ask for a product they say”try aisle” & don’t even look up. It’s catered to Asian people & I find the staff thoroughly rude & unhelpful unless you are Asian, or they are working on the till as they have to converse with you then. Customer service needs to improve hugely before I go back. Kessel Rd is exactly the same yet you go into Wembley Rd, Rocklea or Annerly branch & the staff are extremely helpful especially Annerly.
