This place is TERRIBLE, they said they do colours on the phone and yet they said my hair was strange and had too many colours (um that’s how I do it and it’s cool) and then they tried to change their words and anyway I can’t believe how badly they did my hair and my cut is shorter on one side and everyone of m friends is agreeing with me and the lady said it’s not tru and won’t refund anything.. so she made me feel like sh.. about myself then made me look 10x worse. I’d leave a zero star if I could this place is the worst ever!

My app was for 1:30 wasnt seen until 2pm. I asked for a full head of foils and wasnt even given half a head. So many missed places. The highlights dont blend and my hair wasnt cut to how I asked or the length i asked for. My hair was down to my bottom and I asked for a inch if that to be TRIMMED off, my hair is just below shoulder length. I have massive chunks of blonde and no blonde in some spots. My roots arent even done properly. I paid $330 and didnt get what i wanted. Left HATING my hair more then what I did going in.

I feel regret about this hair salon. I showed them the photo reference. I told them I don't want it shave and just shave a little part but they told me, my hair is different. Then, why not use the scissor to cut? They're so lazy to explore and think how to cut people hair taste. And 100% not same exactly like what I wanted. $35 flew out just like that with no wash. only haircut. so speechless!!!
