Bought a remote. Never arrived. No refund given. Don’t buy from these guys if you are buying from outside of WA because your package will get lost and you will lose your money.

Not many places have spare parts for Smart cars but Reids had the fob I needed. When I had an issue with the fob (user error, not the remote) Reids were quick to fix the problem. Great customer service and fast postage so highly recommend.
