Good community store with plenty of groceries. Well worth using when you consider the expense of going all the way to Toowoomba to shop

Worst Foodworks we've been into very little fruit and vegetables. They should have a look at Tara Food works best we have seen

A lot of the specials aren't changed on the register so you end up paying full price, I bought ham from the deli that had a bug in it and when I queried it was told that it was a deli bug that got in there when trays of meat were left out of the fridge because staff were too busy to put it straight back in the fridge after serving customers. A lot of things I have brought have been way past the best before date and I have brought youghurt, and ham out of the fridge that were past the USE BY date. I have also taken back icecreams that were liquid as on really hot days I was told that the upright freezer will not freeze anything. The products are not thrown out though they are left to refreeze. I have never had any trouble getting a refund, but stock rotation and food handling practices need to be better because it is an inconvenience having to take things back.

Use to be well stocked, but lately there are lots of empty shelves. Their hot chooks aren't always the best. Either too small for the price and barely warm, or too greasy or overcooked. Same goes for most of their fast food. Avocados and some other fruit are never any good because they put them in the cold section and they must be getting frosted. They feel extremely cold when you pick them up. When you take them home they won't ripen and just go black inside. Also, make sure to ask for a receipt and check it carefully. Have been overcharged on a number of occasions and so have friends.

Great service by awesome friendly staff. Convenience A+ as my home residence is so close and conveniently located within a minute for the Local High School.

Best part of the place is the staff.

Great little shop. Has most of the basics. Most of the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Great for in between grocery shops! Love the longer opening hours.
