It's ok. Excellent range of products, nice staff, but always seems understaffed. Shame, as it is always quite busy. Have to admit, it used to be the only place I would shop at for my groceries, now I find myself shopping mostly elsewhere, with more parking and less of a wait time. It's an occasional visit now.

Checkout operators are extremely slow. Not even busy and customers were furious and cracking it. I waiter in the line for 15 minutes. 2 people infront with hardly any shopping. Same thing happening in other lines.

If I could only leave minus 5 stars! They way I was treated today by the so called store managers Randa and Kevin was absolutely discriminative and disgraceful! The store had incorrectly labelled an Sim card and I then complained to the store managers and they would not honour store policy and still tried to make me pay for it! They did not care about my disability..they called security and made a huge spectacle of me in front of other shoppers. I was being humiliated for doing the right thing and being a loyal customer for 52 years.If it wasn't for the witness that came to my rescue I would have been kicked out of the centre for being accused of being aggressive! After this witness had a lengthy chat with these so called managers, they immediately honoured the store policy. They endeavoured to make my life even more miserable than it already is. I recorded the entire incident and will be calling Coles headquarters first thing Monday morning. It's not the first time I've had issues with the people that manage this store. They are complacent and have worked there for too long and eventually end up hating the locals. I suggest either rotation your staff to stop any complacency issues. Think I will start shopping at Drakes or IGA in the future . Hates what they done to me today. Avoid this place.. Mean as.

terrible store. outrageous fruit and veg prices. bought a pair of underwear only to open it and find out that the complete wrong product was inside, wrong size and absorbancy but was refused a refund or exchange

Today as every other time I did my shopping at Coles pt Adelaide. Up until this point I had been a loyal customer of Coles for well over 20yrs. Today I paid for my shopping via the self service, tapped my card, payment went through and then a power outage shutting down all self service checkouts proceeded. I then couldn't leave and had to wait for systems to reboot. Staff were more than helpful but it was well out of their hands and management definitely needed to step in but were unavailable. I was told my purchase was voided but the money was gone from my account. Finally management was on the phone. I spoke with Kevin.Kevin proceeded to tell me the outage was my fault and Coles was not responsible for anything. I explained on my end shopping had been paid for. He was rude yet I tried to remain polite and respectful. End result the poor employees told me I couldn't leave with my shopping. I apologise and told them due to Kevin's responses I was leaving as on my end my shopping has been paid for. Staff were amazing, I actually feel incredibly sorry for them as they remained proffesional and tried to manage a situation they were not equipped for because management should have been available to sort this situation to which they refused. I will never return to Coles, I will only return to Coles to pay for my shopping if money does bounce back to my account and then I will never use Coles again. Disgusting unprofessional management but the actual employees are beautiful. Truly feel for those workers ta Coles ❤️
