I have been attending this practice since it has opened. It is close by and convenient to where I live. I have a busy lifestyle and work-life and I find having such a great practice close by that facilitates last minute appointments, ideal for me! There are no huge wait times when I am there to see the doctor, easy to find an appointment that day, always a warm welcome from doctors and staff. This practice has exceeded expectations for a family practice, they go out of their way to help and offer support and information where required. The doctors have genuine care and concern, and follow up to ensure maximum health care and support are given. I am happy to be a patient here because I know that my needs are always met.Thank you for your ongoing support, commitment to my health needs and requirements, as well as being the “hub’ of the Hamilton community. My appointment was at 5:50 and I got there at 5:10 and I didn’t even get seen until 7pm. They say you can only have 1 issue per patient but not sure how it takes them that long to get through 5 people before me. The doctor on the other hand is amazing he does a great job every time, but he needs more help in there as he’s the only one apparently.

This practice seems to be very focused on making money. Charged $90 for a four minute consult to give negative test results that apparently couldn't be given over the phone. Wish I made $1350 an hour.

Dr. Irshad is humble and great. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Great people at the reception as well. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr Irshad is the BEST! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Takes the time to chat and genuinely cares for his patients. Best GP - highly recommend!!

Had a great experience with Dr Rasheed after I was exposed to chickenpox and found out I wasn’t vaccinated. I had an appointment for 12:40 but the only chemist that had stock of an adult vaccine closed at 1pm. The receptionist Chloe understood my predicament and told me to come in and they would fit me in to get the prescription and go to the chemist. I was done before my original appointment time of 12:40. Dr Rasheed was also able to calm my nerves and informed me he would work to fit me in should I become unwell. This was terrific care, on a Sunday no less. Thank you Chloe and Dr Rasheed.

Terrible doctors, in particular Dr. chelliah sikar. I came in on crutches because I couldn’t walk, he had one look at my ankle for a few seconds, twisted it around, bent it back and forward, (which was very painful) despite me mentioning that it hurt.He said that it wasn’t injured because ‘it didn’t look bad’. It had only happened the night before and didn’t actually bruise until a few days later.In the appointment (which, by the way was only about two minutes of twisting and bending before coming to the conclusion that because it didn’t look bad, I must be exaggerating) I asked if he could also quickly freeze some warts on my arm (this literally takes a few seconds and he had the device to do it on his desk), told me no very rudely and that I had to go book another appointment and COME BACK or he’d charge me $70 for the ‘appointment’….When leaving, he didn’t even open the door to let me out despite me visibly struggling to open it while on crutches. I always have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes when getting here because the doctor is always running behind. I have had to wait over an hour.Unless you need as bulk billed medical certificate to get off work, DO NOT GO HERE, the doctors are useless, rude and unprofessional.

If I could give one star, I would. Do not bother with Dr Rasheed, I have no idea how he is able to practice after reading all of the below reviews and now experiencing first hand. First time Mother to be, I was advised by my friends to go and get a second opinion. After attending another Dr’s surgery for a second opinion in Ascot regarding my pregnancy, my husband and I soon realised I have missed multiple scans, tests and check ups along with way with our first child. My new doctor was quite horrified at the mistreatment and medical negligence I have received and took note of which doctor I saw. Not only have I not received adequate medical advice and information for the past 20 weeks, I have missed crucial tests and obstetric scans. Will not be returning and will be lodging a formal complaint to AHPRA supported by my new doctor. I am disappointed with the fact that I knew no better due to it being my first pregnancy and having no idea. All he kept saying was to stop stressing about my pregnancy in which my new doctor told me I had every right to be nervous and apprehensive due to my high risk factors and also not knowing what was involved in being pregnant. I’m glad she gave me all the brochures and information that I needed back when I found out at week 6. I am extremely frustrated in Dr Rasheed’s medical negligence. I am hopeful AHPRA will take action. EDITED 6/2: after having my FIRST appt with the hospital, due to them receiving my referral from my new doctor AND NOTHING from Hamilton health hub, I only have one option which is GP shared care as all of my results and referrals came in late and midwifery spots have been taken. They can’t even date my baby appropriately because crucial scans have been missed.The midwifery unit were also appalled at the level of negligence and encouraged me to formally lodge a complaint. Disgusting.

The Nurse Tracey was one of the most kind and considerate people I have ever met. She ensured I was comfortable and calmed my nerves when getting an iron infusion. She was genuinely so amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience!

I highly recommend the Hamilton Health Hub! The receptionists are the best and always very helpful, the doctor always takes his time to address each of your needs and genuinely cares about your needs, which is hard to find. The practice manager is always welcoming and easy to talk too. Definitely the best bulk billing GP clinic around! Highly recommended!!
