We just had our car towed from a lovely RACQ tow truck driver, he was above and beyond and made sure we were safe, out of the heat and that our car was towed safely too. I'm hopeless with names so I cannot remember the man's name but if you see this, I thank you again and again, you were absolutely wonderful and a saviour

Had a car insured was in a workshop on last floods. Lost it they assessed it to be worth much more than it was valued at on the policy. Racq paid what I was happy with will not change insurer based upon that. Got house and many cars with them.

It was so funny, I had a dead battery and joined the RACQ by phone and they said they would send someone within 60 minutes and my son opened his mouth to complain about the time (teenager) and before he finished talking the man was there to help us. Lol
