I asked several local service providers, they quoted us even 2 times the price of SNAP with lower quality paper, but longer turnaround time. I and my company were glad that we met SNAP. I initially ordered some premium business cards from Snap Hobart via their website. The cards took a long time to get printed, and they were fairly thin (350gsm) and slightly glossy. I imagined they would be quite different to this based on the description on the website.After I requested a refund, I was contacted by Jonathan and he offered to credit me for these cards and make it count towards a second order. Furthermore, he asked me to go in and inspect the paper samples in person. In hindsight, this is what I should have done in the first place.This time I selected a 450gsm paper and a velvet finish. The result was excellent and I doubt I would have been able to get my cards printed elsewhere in better quality or for a better price point.The moral of this story is that if you want to get something printed, don't order through a website, contact the printer directly and visit them in person prior to placing an order so you can check out the samples. You are a lot more likely to get the result you seek.
